E29 is growing, and as a result is in need of quality developers to handle our enterprise contracts. This position is contract based, with pay resulting from billable time.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be US citizen
• Must be able to sign a 1099 form & Non-disclosure agreement
• 6+ years experience in web application development
• 5+ years experience with PHP specifically ( php5 preferred )
• 5+ years experience with database systems ( mysql preferred )

Preferred

• Industry Certification ( SCJP, Zend CE, etc )
• Previous verifiable project experience

Compensation and Benefits
This is a contract based position. All compensation is dependent on billable time.

• $30 per billable hour

E29 is in need of a proven project leader to manage our Services division. The Division Manager reports directly to the CEO, and is responsible for managing contracts, allocating resources ( personnel & indirects ) and working with the CEO to secure new business.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software / services industry
• Direct technical knowledge of web application development
• Experience with project management and task charting
• Able to attend quarterly management meetings on site ( Leesburg, Virginia )
• Proven history of contract and/or sales wins

Compensation and Benefits
This is a management position, compensation is related to ownership stake in company & quarterly dividends from resulting stake.

• 5% stock ownership in company, with dividends paid once every quarter
• Division bonus based on contracts awarded ( 10% of total award )
